Country Head - India
Anshu has 30+ years of experience across industries including 20 years in Direct Sales companies. His last stint was with Jeunesse Global as General Manager (South Asia) & Managing Director (India). Prior to Jeunesse he has worked with AMC Cookware, Sodexho & De Beers.
This is Anshu’s second innings with Tupperware. He had spent glorious 9+ years in Tupperware in his first innings as Marketing Director of India. He had spearheaded the iconic launch of Eco Bottle which went on to become a global best seller, due to this he is fondly known as “Bottle Man” within Tupperware environment.
His interest lies in travelling, photography & painting. He likes to empower his team so as to develop leaders at every levels.
Regional HR Director - APAC
Noopur has over 18+ years of HR experience working with organizations that boast rich cross-cultural environments like the US, Europe, Korea & India. She has worked across various domains of HR covering Strategy, Talent acquisition & management, Talent Engagement & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management & Talent Transformation. She has worked with Towers Watson, Accenture, Samsung & Swarovski prior to joining Tupperware in March 2017.
Along with leading the HR & Administration function, she also leads our CSR division. Noopur has been a part of the prestigious Tupperware Change Leaders team at an APAC level. She loves to travel to understand different cultures, explore new cuisines and picturesque locations, which is something that enriches her at a personal level.
Noopur follows 3P’s as her main mantra in life - “Positivity”, “Passion”, and “Pride”. This is something she believes in both personally and professionally.
Head – Finance
Ranjeet by profession is a qualified chartered accountant & a seasoned leader with 21 years of experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Accounting, Audits, Internal Controls & Taxation. He has worked with global brands like Actaris metering, Itron India, Singer.
Ranjeet has a strong track record of delivering outstanding value to shareholders, partners, customers and employees and is passionate about driving profitable growth, while focusing on agile and cost-efficient operations.
He is playing a pivotal role in various process transformation & implementation which brings the brand as a front runner among APAC countries. He is leading a team of abled associates under him towards achieving group objectives which is directly contributing to the company’s growth.
Apart from spending time with his family he enjoys reading books and is a keen jump rope enthusiast.
Head - IDT
Pramod comes with more than 20 years of experience in IT Project management, POS, WMS, ERP Implementations and integrations, Data migration, Software Development and Team management.
Pramod’s last assignment was with Benetton India as Senior GM – IT & Project management, where he worked for over 18 years and have worked on various projects which were part of brand’s utmost importance & contributed to company’s growth.
Pramod believes that IT is not only hardware and software support. IT’s infrastructure plays as backbone of the company for smooth functioning and participate in company strategic and growth plan.
Marketing Manager
Shweta Kumar Bembey is an accomplished marketing leader with over two decades of experience, having worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Avon, LG, L'Oréal, and Revlon. In addition, she has launched two successful startups in India. Recognized as a recipient of the Business World Marketing 40 under 40 award, she is known for her innovative strategies and transformative leadership. Shweta's expertise in driving award-winning digital campaigns has consistently set industry benchmarks, fuelling growth and enhancing brand prominence across diverse markets.
National Sales Manager
Ms. Sonia Bareja brings a wealth of experience spanning more than 22 years in sales leadership, revenue growth, training, coaching, corporate sales, distribution management, and business development. She previously served as Regional Head of North at Tupperware in 2010, where she was recognized by the Asia Pacific team for her consistent performance and growth. Before joining Tupperware India, Sonia founded StoryKnack and held key positions at Xerox, Samsung, and Wrigley, playing pivotal roles in their strategic initiatives and market success.
In her last experience, as Co-Founder of StoryKnack®, a leading business consulting firm she has worked as the Chief Story Facilitator and has been involved in Coaching, Educating, and Training, Corporates and management professionals, Students, and Young adults for almost 13+ years
