Charged for something that was never sent across.

There was a summer special offer on a particular water bottle which was forcefully added to my cart (I say forcefully since it kept getting added to the cart inspite of me deleting it). Since it was only charging me Rs 5 for the bottle I went along with the forceful addition. But when the delivery was made there was no bottle in the box. It’s not about the 5 Rs. It’s about the kind of service Tupperware is giving. After this I even sent a mail to Tupperware to address the same and to ask for a redressal. Till date I haven’t received any reply. If you charge me even a single rupee or promise a free product it shouldn’t NOT be added to the parcel. It is a reflection of the kind of brand you are who doesn’t fulfill its own promise.
